Thrive Counselling Cumbernauld offer one to one Counselling services for adults age 17+ and Supervision for Counsellors in the heart of Cumbernauld Town Centre.

Our central location (Carron House) is easily accessible with ample dedicated parking and is close to all major transport links including the bus station. We offer face to face, telephone or counselling via Zoom. During remote sessions the counsellor will be located within their confidential office space.

Thrive offer appointment times during Wednesday and Friday daytimes and weekday evenings. Please note I am fully booked at present and will update when I have availability. Evenings are fully booked including our waiting list for evening sessions; there is unlikely to be evening availability in the near future.

Jenny is an experienced COSCA Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Counselling supervisor who is committed to offering you a safe and confidential place to identify and talk through your issues and to work towards the changes you desire.
